1. Key responsibilities:
a. Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Room Sales for the hotels under RCH brand
b. Identifying new contacts and developing sales leads
c. Ensuring enquiries become confirmed business
d. Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly.
e. Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales
f. Represent Hotels in various events and exhibition.
g. Producing written quotations and confirmation
a. 3 to 5 years in handling hotel sales
a. The ability to sell, sell, sell
b. Top negotiation skills
c. Great communication skills – both written and verbal
4. Required Qualifications
a. 3 year degree/ diploma from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.

6. Expected Salary
a. Basic pay between INR 20,000- 25,000 per month with lucrative annual performance based incentives

a. Annual employment contract renewed on yearly basis based on performance
